Advice between two diamonds

Hi all

I'm after some extra opinions on a couple of stones

A) 1.598C I VS1, HCA 1.4 ex,ex,ex,vg for $12500

Has good (to my eye) Idealscope / aset

B) 1.60C H VS1, HCA 1.9 ex,vg,vg,vg,vg for $13600

Idealscope / hearts look pretty good as well

I have the first stone in my possession but I'm slightly worried that its an I color. To go to a H color on whiteflash expert selection or above is another 2k at least, and probably closer to 3k if I want to stay VS1. I want to stay in the 13k range, the first stone sparkles a lot to me but I'm having a few doubts

Why VS1? There are plenty of eye clean VS2 and SI clarity stones out there. That would open many options for you -

I don't really like the idea of any inclusions, but I know this is slightly irrational

What part don't you like? Diamonds are a natural product that have inclusions unless you go for IF.

The best bit of advice I received was to pay for what you can see. If it's eye clean you can easily go up in colour or size compared to a VS1.
