Advice and Opinions on two diamond options

So I am no expert, just have done basic research on buying a diamond as I am looking to propose soon. I am wanting to get an oval diamond, and have been working with a jeweler who has given me a couple of good options. I wanted to get an unbiased opinion on the diamonds he has shown me and see what others might think of them. Any advice helps, including any buying tips you may have for an oval diamond! I appreciate it!

They appear to have the same cut pattern. Unfortunately, these videos dont show them off to their advantage.

Of the two I would go with the bigger one. Not sure if I would go with either though without better videos/images.

Can you order both and return the one you dont want?
