I have come across these two rings online that seem very similiar to me but the price is quite different. Is there any obvious reason for this? Is ritani a better manufacturer? Diamond weight is virtually the same, it says they are the same type of pave, yet there is a grand difference when comparing like to like?

The quality of Adiamor is unknown, but Ritani is well known in the US and good quality. So I would choose Ritani in platinum or 18k white gold (second choice).

The Ritani has a metal weight of 1.52 g. The Adimor does not give a weight, but based on the pics I'd guess it's less deep (from inside to outside, not from north to south).

The Adimor says its average color is G-H and its average clarity is VVS2 to VS2. The Ritani says its minimum color and clarity are H and VS2. That sounds similar, but the Adimor could theoretically have one I color stone for every G, and one S1 for every VVS2.

The Adimor has a lot more stones, namely those little stones on the arches under the halo. It says 44 stones. Since they both appear to have 16 stones in the halo and 8 stones on each side, and the dtw is the same, the Ritani's stones must be 44/32 times as large as the Adimor's.

These are little things which aren't even necessarily negative, but taken together you might get a different impression from the two settings.
