Adding Diamonds to a Watch Bezel

I am interested in adding diamonds (pave) to a watch bezel. I have noticed that a lot of people do this aftermarket and they look nice. It is for a Chopard Happy Sport ... I just need more bling!

Does anyone know a skilled jeweler who can do this?

That sounds awesome! Can you purchase a separate accessory 'dial' that can attach aftermarket on the exterior of the watch face? I don't know the name for this piece, but KWIM? Or does Chopard sell them as accessories?
