Hmmm, I noticed you didn't say if you liked it - how do you feel? It's glowy in some shots, but much more muted in others. Pretty color, just delicate.

How do you feel about it?
If there is any grey in the stone, white gold tends to bring it out and it also washes out the color more.Date: 9/4/2009 6:29:20 PM

TL - thanks. It is a very complex stone. It really takes on different tones in different lights. I think this will be a nice tourmiline in my favorite color, and than maybe next year and can get a ''neon'' green one to complement it.
Mochi - thank you . I was thinking about doing both of those things too. I think that is a 7X9 setting, so I would need to change it for the size of my stone.
ETA: Why is yellow gold a better color for this stone?
