Accurate Princess Specs????

I saw these Princess specs somewhere... Are they accurate? I was under the impression under ''70'' is best, yet I see that above 70 here still qualifies ''ideal''.

Ultra Ideal: Depth 64.0-75.0, Table 62-69
Ideal: Depth 64.0-75.0, Table 62-74
Premium: Depth 64.0-78.0, Table 60-77
Good: Depth 58.0-80.0, Table 58-82
Average: Depth 56.1-84.0, Table 53-85
Poor: Depth 65, Table 69
