I want to ask the PS'ers who own/owned an ACA and also a non ACA to find out the performance of one compared to the other.
I am going to share my experience. I has bought a 1.02 H SI1 expert selection diamond from WhiteFlash 3 years ago that I loved and wanted it to be set in a Engagment Ring for our 5 year anniversary. My husband agreed and had it set in a WF legato sleek line pave setting. I thought the center diamond was beautiful and sparkled well when I received it but was not as thrilled with the ring because it was not as blingy as I wanted it to be. So I had it sent back and decided to upgrade to a 1.291 J SI1 ACA dimaond in a diamonds for eternity 3/4 setting with the legato head.
After I received the new ring, I was blown away. Not because the ring was blingier than the legato sleek line pave but the center diamond took my breath away. It looks so different from my H SI1 that I am now a believer of ACA's
The ACA has a life of its own and it has so much brilliance, scintillation and fire that I never saw in my expert selection diamond. Needless to say I am extremely happy with it.
