Well, after months of researching and waiting for the perfect diamond, I finally ordered an ACA from Whiteflash.

I had a wonderful experience with WF and their staff were very friendly and helpful. They informed me in advance when new diamonds were coming in that matched the criteria I was looking for. Once the new diamonds came in they put a hold on them immediately and consulted me on which one I preferred -- great!

Within a few days after sending a wire transfer the item was shipped (international order).

Overall, I was very happy with my WF experience and would highly recommend WF to anyone.
I''ll post some photos of the actual ring after my proposal.

For those who are interested here are the stats and an Idealscope image.

I just have one question: based on the Idealscope, does this diamond exhibit signs of painting? I assume this is a "Classic Line" ACA?

May I ask, have you decided on how to set it yet? Are you having something bought/made locally?

Looks to be a gorgeous stone. Congratulations on a great buy!!

Thanks everyone for your comments.

I went through the above links on painting and "New Line" vs" Classic" ACA.
I still cant really come to a conclusion if there is visible painting or not but I am quite sure this diamond is a Classic cut since there is light leakage along the girdle edge.

I went with the "Sleek Lines" setting from WF. I really like the look as it is simple yet unique.

Vertigo, the stone you picked is a Classic.
