About to Purchase: Advice on Princess

Here are the updated specs on this princess diamond.
Is this a good deal? Or just an average price?

Girdle: thin - slightly thick
Depth: 71%
Table: 71.9%
Polish: Excellent
Symmetry: Excellent
Fluorescence: None
PRICE: $10,000

I looked at it under the idealscope/brilliantscope along with several other diamonds.
This seemed to have the least light leakage.
It also seemed to have lots of brilliance and fire in person.

The price seems to be on the lower end for that size/color/clarity combo, but I wouldn't say it's such a good deal. In general, you want the table % to be lower than the depth %, although I'm sure there are exceptions to this rule. Doing a quick search at the top of this page, you can find several GIA/AGS stones with similar specs for around (or some significantly below) 10,000. For example there's this one. If you're comfortable buying online the folks here can help you find something great.

I would say it is a good price from a B&M store, an average price from an online vendor. You have obviously seen this in person, compared it to several others and liked it the best. If it is the one that "speaks" to you, then go for it.
