I think for few reason I like the stone and for one reason I would have my doubt:
Reasons I like the stone is
1) HCA Score is 1.4 which is excellent
2) Price seems to be great
3) Incusion type is Twinning wisp, which is good inclusion, my observation is if the stone especially SI2
has twinning wisp than good chances that stone is 100% eye clean.

Reason I have my doubts:
1) The table of the stone is 59% and depth is 60% so it is like 60/60
read the link below to know more about it

Have you seen the diamond? if not can you get the Image of the stone?
I think if you have seen the stone and you like it than I think you should go for it or
you could ask for the High definition Image and post it, I am sure all the expert would
help you take the right decision.

Be sure to inquire how eyeclean it is, and at what distance. That plot looks familiar. I think that diamond was discussed earlier (before Christmas) but I can't locate the thread. If that's the same stone as in the earlier discussion, somebody made the comment that it's doubtful that it will be eyeclean with that many large and grade-setting twinning wisps in the table area.

I remember that thread, and posted about another Pricescoper who bought a similar diamond with twinning wisps. In certain lights, they were very dark and noticeable.
