It's probably easiest to look at websites like James Allen, Engagement Rings Direct (ERD), and WhiteFlash which are popular for online shoppers and offer a competitive price. These vendors are popular here, and you can do a search on them for reviews.

I think it's a fair price based on similar stones. I can't comment on GIA vs AGS pricing...perhaps other experts here can.
