Hey PSers, I’d like to post this thank you letter to WF for the outstanding service they provided me even though I was not a customer. 
As some of you already know from this thread [URL='https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/i-won.167099/']https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/i-won.167099/[/URL] I was the lucky winner of WF’s last “Vote and Win” drawing on FB. I was so excited up on hearing the great news and decided right away to give the setting to my mother since I love my current e-ring setting and don’t want to buy another stone. However my surprise for my mother didn’t receive a nice response like I thought it would as you can read from here [URL='https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/a-great-day-just-got-ruined.167113/']https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/a-great-day-just-got-ruined.167113/[/URL]
Not knowing what to do I took the advice of some fellow PSer and wrote to Victoria from WF who I was working with on the setting without much hope. I asked her if it’s possible to trade the setting for something else. After a nervous day of waiting, I received a phone call from Victoria who is so nice and willing to help me and told me to e-mail her some of the items I’d like to trade for. I told her that I’d like to trade in for a set of wedding bands for me and my FI and went home did my research right away. After spamming her with e-mails my dear FI said that he wants me to spend the whole budget on myself instead of getting a band for him (++++ points for him) So of course I spammed her with more e-mails.
With the help from Victoria I've finally settled on the items I'd like to trade my setting with. A wedding band + a pair of diamond studs that I've always wanted.

I just want to thank WF and Victoria for such wonderful service to someone who is not even buying from them and would love to find out about their outstanding service to a consumer once I save up more money for some new bling~
