A Small Accident Leads: to a beautiful halo!

Holy Cow,
My heart is RACING!
My reset arrived THIS MORNING! Way earlier than I expected! Oh how I love James Allen right now. I was getting ready to walk out the door to hand therapy, and the Fed Ex man was here. I thought surely it was DH''s contacts or something... but THERE it WAS!
And oh, how I love her!

Okay, be patient with me. I''m going to post the whole sorted story one pic at a time.

I may be the only PSer who doesn''t know how to post a link, so I''ll quickly tell my tale through pictures.

Way back in November I was walking my two sweet dogs, when something in the tall grass scared them. Being the total scaredy dogs that they are, they ran. Stupidly, I was texting my DH and not paying attention, so when they ran, they took my finger with them.

So, I had stitches, finger didn''t heal. Then found out it was broken. Finger didn''t heal. Then found out (after finally cutting my rings off) that I''d also torn a ligament and needed surgery.

Here I am, day after surgery. (Surgery happened in March.)

No, my fingers are still healing. Unfortunatley I don''t wear the same ring size, and sizing is going to be a problem. This baby is two whole sizes larger than my old ring.

After hearing of your story of how your rings was cut off your finger, I might think twice about wearing my w-set to work everyday, I work at an animal hospital, in the kennels, walking dogs. But on a lighter note, I will say that you brought a tear to my eye, from the story, cause I couldn''t imagine breaking my finger let alone the wedding finger and then having the rings cut off, but what also brought a tear to my eye was the beautiful outcome of your ring NOW.!!!!! Ba Blam is all I can say. BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
