I just wanted to write a nice review for Mark at Engagement Rings Direct as he did a FANTASTIC job on my ring. I was looking for a cushion-cut micropave ring with halo and wasn't able to find the particular style that I wanted in any of the stores or websites that I first visited. And then I found Pricescope. After spending a lot of time around here reading reviews and looking at pictures, I picked Mark. I was really excited and relieved to be able to put my total faith in a jeweler and say, "Go forth and construct me a MAGNIFICENT ring!"
And construct me a magnificent ring he did I found when I lifted the clouds (see below) six weeks after. Needless to say, the diamond is very well-cut with beautiful, large facets. It sparkles incredibly and the fire could land a plane in the dark. The ring is well-constructed; the pave is consistent and delicate, and perfectly proportioned. Mark himself quoted me a very reasonable price and was very nice and straightforward to work with. He is also easily accessible and usually quick to respond to emails.
Overall, I was extremely pleased with the purchasing experience and would recommend Mark/ERD to anyone looking for a vendor who is knowledgeable and has integrity. A reputable online vendor can alleviate a lot of the stress associated with trying not to get ripped off.
