A present for myself...

There has been some postings recently of rings and other jewelry that were "self" gifts and it got me thinking that I should share a few things of mine that I have purchased for myself.

This is the journey pendant that I purchased last year when I got promoted to "celebrate my journey to management" HAHA

I also recently purchased a princess cut stone "just because". It was originally mounted in a heavy platinum setting, so I scrapped the setting and had it set into a lovely Beverley K setting.

i love all of your items, especially the beverly k ring. it''s a beauty, and WHAT a difference from the setting it came it! boy did they ever try as hard as they could to mask the beauty of that diamond! THANK YOU for doing it justice! enjoy!!

Thanks gals! I appreciate the compliments. I searched long and hard for the "perfect" setting for this diamond - the setting did not do justice AT ALL to that diamond. It was so heavy and completely overpowered the diamond IMO. Just wasn''t my style. I bought it only because it was a complete steal. I was originally going to give it to my mom since she lost her diamond last year, but she said it was "too small"

So, my hubby said to keep it since it was such a good deal. What a guy!

Here''s one more of the heavy setting. It was platinum, so it scrapped for a good price!

Where to start? I ADORE that Bev K setting - it''s gorgeous and really lets that stone sing! Great redo. Love the studs to - so classic and great to dress up as well as for everyday wear. A really nice size. And the journey pendant - well, fantastic!!!
