A new Canadian diamond--what do you think?

I'm pretty close to buying the following Canadian diamond for $5890. Any reason why I shouldn't?

It's 1.04 Carats, H, VVS2, AGS 001, Hearts & Arrows cut. I don't have any measurements offhand, unfortunately.

My only concern, really, is the color. Should I have spent more for an F or G?

There is nothing really wrong with H color.

You might want to reconsider the clarity though. Why pay for such high clarity if you won't see inclusions in VS2 as well?
