A little help please,

Hello everybody,
A little help please. I am trying to decide between two diamonds.
One is,
1.06 Carat, F, VS1, H&A AGS0 cut, EX/EX, Table 55, Depth 60.9, Crown angle 34.5, pavilion 40.9, HCA 1.4

The other one is,
1.04 Carat, D, VS1, EX/VG, Table 57, Depth 59.9, stil waiting for the sarin report.

The second one is about 400 dollars more than the first one. I will supply the crown and pavilion angle tomorrow. But based on the above information, which is a better buy?

obviously it's difficult without the stats of the second stone. but just based on the information you provided thusfar, it sounds like the first stone is a winner. has good HCA #, bigger than the second, IMHO color is slightly negligible, is rated an EX/EX vs. EX/VG...is this a GIA certified diamond?...and it's cheaper too!

all in all, i would go with the first stone. even with more info, i think the second is a better value.
