I had this “mother’s ring” custom made. The two ovals Are for my twins, they are blue topaz (the stones were original earrings given to me by my grandpa before her passed.) One is set in yellow gold and one in white. The checkerboard square blue topaz in white gold Is for my youngest. The stone was from the first ring my husband ever bought me when we were dating. The pear is a Paraiba tourmaline set in yellow gold. My local bench jeweler added the halls and I can stack them many different ways! Beautiful rings representing 4 precious and beautiful human beings. And stacking them in many ways is such fun! :D

Beautiful!! It's so lovely that they play so nicely together and yet have their own individual meanings and symbolisms. Very special heirlooms!

These are so gorgeous and meaningful. I love how you came up with a design that integrated different stones into a design where they are both unified and distinct. The use of diamonds to integrate the different shades of blue is so beautiful.

Thanks - I love the halos! I can't take credit for the design idea - it was my jewelers idea to do the stack with the halos for a non-traditional mothers ring!
