A friend is looking to propose - please help find a perfect ring

Hello lovely pricescopers,

Hoping you will be able to work your magic for a very lovely couple with an all in $5,500 budget. My friend is clueless. He is oping to maximize the budget and get a beautiful ring.
Here is the intel:

-Eyeclean, sparkly
-Not much feedback on the color, I'm guessing to stay safe I wouldn't go below an I, but I'd like to give a J as an option if a pretty one pops up.

That's an AMAZING find by @Niel!!! I wouldn't be concerned bc the diamond was a JA True Hearts diamond which mean it must've passed their requirements to meet that line (which usually have a very nice ideal scope provided when you're buying from their site...you could take a look at their current TH stones for comparison. Yes, I do think it could be resized by a reputable jeweler. The diamond don't go all the way around but a bench with experience should definitely do the job so you don't have issues with the pave falling out down the line.
