I wouldn't buy a diamond not graded by GIA or AGS.

Yes I realize using flakey labs is customary for these.
I don't care.
A flakey lab is a flakey lab.

When you don't know the true grades you cannot know a fair price.
Guess who THAT benefits, seller or buyer!



How's 'bout we use Priscope to pressure the industry to end this unethical practice by boycotting diamonds with reports from flakey labs?

Actually, I just work to raise the bar.
Legit labs will make mean lower color and clarity grades.
Prices will adjust, but I think vendors will make less profit and consumers will be less ripped off.
But really, what/whom is PS supposed to benefit? Honesty or deception? Buyers or Sellers?

Judging only by how it looks on hand, not specs: I would love the smaller one, I love the setting. BUT from your previous posts I believe YOUR favorite rings are ones that are large and in charge! So I would pick the one with sapphires for you!

So the little one caught my eye bc it’s so darn dainty and charming with its little high crown. It almost reminds me of a big french cut. I lobe the setting but I rarely wear solitaire on my right hand and no, I wouldn’t repurpose this one.
The sapphire one. Makes me gush. But, I haven’t observed it under various lighting conditions. I think I’m drawn to the size and setting. The whole package. But I don’t know how I would feel about an M and i can’t tell too much about the cut— given the great lighting it’s in. I do wonder what the little circle patterns are and not sure that I like them. Will post an enlarged picture.

The sapphire one seems more like something you’d enjoy because of the finger coverage. I remember you have (had?) an omc halo; it’s delicate, which is similar to the second ring posted here. So based on both of those things, go for #1 if you get one.

I still have that halo. Lol. Was going to my vault today to pick it up. Definitely planning to wear it to the store to compare.
