Oh no- this is my fault!
I’m sorry!
still want to see profile shots tho
Hi @joelly -
Sorry - I didn't mean the Octavia 3 stone. I mean the ring with the three rounds. It's a smaller ring and delicious!
I should have been more specific - sorry!
Ooooo hehehehe. That’s my engagement ring. Hubby bought that from Wink in 2009 after he proposed. It is a CBI diamond. Centre is 0.71 ct D SI1 and the side stones are 0.25 ct each. I have to resize because my finger grows fat with being pregnant last year. It hasn’t change. How come a finger goes from size 5.25 to 7?
The diamond is beautiful. To this day I still am receiving compliments, even from many jewelry store. Once even from a Tiffany store. I went there to shop engagement ring for my brother’s girlfriend (now wife). I was so proud. It is small but its spark makes it looks bigger.
Wink is wonderful to work with. He hand picked this diamond for me.
I was going to upgrade it last year but a health issue (postnatal) stopped me abruptly. During hospitalization, a thought came to mind that if anything should happen to me, I want DD to inherit this e-ring in this exact condition, not an upgrade version of it.
There will be plenty more diamonds in her future (I hope) but only one of which is constant.
I will take more pictures of it @mrs-b just for you!
Thanks, Joelly - and I really enjoyed hearing your thoughts about your beautiful ring. It makes complete sense that it's a CBI diamond; I could see something special about it, even from the one little photo I saw!
And YES PLEASE! Some more photos would be wonderful!
Some Octavia and Peruzzis pictures for @Rfisher
Today was a trying day for me. Meetings plus dealing with DD fussiness got to me. My Sjogren flares up and now I’m laying up in bed resting finally.
The sun was put this morning and the Octavia and its Peruzzis companion basked under the sun. Here are some pictures I captured using an old Iphone:

THUD!
@joelly I am sorry your Sjogren's is flaring and that yesterday was a difficult day. Hoping today is a better one. (((HUGS))).
@joelly -
Thank you so much for the photos of your gorgeous ring! I love rings of this size - so elegant and beautiful - and I appreciate you sharing it with us, especially at a time when you haven't been well.
I apologize for being late to respond. I was in hospital last week and am still very below par with a situation that just won't resolve, so I appreciate how difficult it can be to get outside and take photos! But your ring puts a smile on my face and is something delightful at an otherwise difficult time.
I hope it always give you warm memories, and that you can enjoy it in good health for many years to come.
I‘m so sorry to hear you were ill, @mrs-b. I hope you’re well on your way to recovery.
Nope. Cancer last year, Lynch Syndrome this year, out of control ulcerative colitis ongoing. If I throw up much more I'll be starting to lose organs. But I do appreciate the warm wishes, @maita13; I'm walking a really tough road right now. So sparklies are important.
@mrs-b I’m so sorry to hear this. I’m praying hard for you so that even though this is a tough road you are walking, you will also take comfort in knowing that you are not alone. The positive thoughts and prayers, we are sending you, will blanket you and conceal you thru this hard and tough road.
Hugs!
@mrs-b Oh my, so sorry you are not well! Will pray you are better soon!
Joelly, your rings are just beautiful!!! What size are the round diamonds? You chose nice proportions! I really want a 3 stone one of these days!
