My 10-year anniversary ring is freshly complete!
2.13 E VS1 8-main elongated cushion center (CVD) with two ~.13ct HPHT pear side stones, all in 14k rose gold. Stones from loosegrowndiamond, set by local brick & mortar jeweler.
The double prongs end in teensy rounds (tabs?); I had wanted claws but I wasn't very clear in my explanation. Originally I didn't feel great about this, but the round ends are growing on me. They are quite dainty and don't seem to get caught on anything.
I don't think it would be easy to change them to claws at this point, there isn't much material there. Curious how others feel stylistically about a double prong ending in a tiny tab like this, since claws seem to be so much more common.

Anyway, here is some pic spam! :D

It looks really good on you, and I really like the prongs as they are!

I love the ring and like the prongs -- but I can not see them super-well from the front in any of the photos. From what I gather, they do not "wrap" much onto the stone's crown (they are almost vertical) so you are not getting the full benefit -- vis-a-vis "snag-resistance" -- of a non-claw prong. But: I like the look!
