8-Main Cushion Brilliant - Thoughts needed!

Thank you all for the great information. I have been lurking and using all the great information provided here in hopes of getting a great stone at a great value. I think I found the one. My girlfriend decided early on she wanted a cushion. I loved the AVCs but the antique look isn’t really her style. I was very against the majority of MCBs. That left me with the tough task of finding a H+A or Cushion Brilliant under $11k with the hope of getting 7mmx7mm (and excellent cut, polish etc). The H+As are amazing but I couldn’t seem to get the size I wanted in my budget. The. I found the below. The ASET is a little lackluster but similar to what I saw on older posts about 8-main cushions. I was willing to go a little bit lower on color and clarity so both are a bonus. Dimensions look good as does the video. Any thoughts or validations from you PSers would be greatly appreciated.
