Can''t seem to get the GIA cert to upload, but it lists the same stuff. The Cut Advisor gave this a score of 3.4. I know this is not the ideal score, but this is one of the few diamonds I have found that come close to the needed size(.80ct) and remains in budget. Are there better options? I may be able to stretch to $2400-$2500 for the diamond.

what is the diameter?

Not sure how to tell the diameter?

The measurements are: 5.91-5.94x3.66.

Well, it is a GIA EX cut which means it will not be a total dog in terms of cut! I understand budgets and if you want a certain size then you need to compromise somehow. I personally would not want to compromise cut, but it is up to you. Can eternity diamond provide and ideal scope image?

Here is one I prefer. With an addition wire discount this will be a little cheaper still, HCA of .9, request an ideal scope image if you like it:
