.75 Antique Pear diamond ring by David Klass

After a year of chasing a petite antique pear, I happened upon this beauty on Dolly’s IG and although the setting wasn’t to my taste, I knew I had to have the stone.



I got some great feedback from you guys when I was contemplating a setting ... she very nearly became a tiara ring, but having a traditional ring to pair with a band called to me more.

I purchased a ring to mark the birth of my first daughter, and wanted to do the same with my second daughter (due this week!) hopefully become heirloom rings, or to do with they please. So this is I suppose my push present for my second born even though I don’t much care for the term.

DK was amazing to work with again and I am blown away with the result from the not-so-great sketch I had sent him to try and articulate my thoughts.

Thank you so much! The ring for my first girl was actually a vintage find and a style I had coveted forever:

I may be slightly off in remembering but it’s approx .28 centre stone target ring.
