5 stone ring one a 4 3/4 finger?

I am going to have a 5 stone ring custom made and I am in the beginning stages ie: no stones, no jeweler! I was thinking I wanted it to be in the 2-2.5ct range and I was talking with a jeweler today who thought that would not work for my fingers. My ring size is 4 3/4 sometimes even a 5 (swelling). I wanted to see if there was anyone who had this size 5 stone on a size finger similar to mine.

Thank you, I just had my finger sized and it is actually a size 5. That was a great post about the realistic sizing for smaller sizes.
