I know this is an older thread and you are having a new e-ring setting made. As gorgeous as they look when worn together, I personally think that when you start stacking multiple diamond rings, it takes away from the star (and that is some star! ). I think they each deserve to be the "star".

I personally would wear it as a RHR, simply because I'm not of fan of a 5 stone with an e-ring. Just my personal taste though. Beautiful band!

The 5-stone looks nice with the ER, however, I would be concerned about the two rubbing against each other, and would probably wear a spacer band in between.
