5 or 7 stone band?

Adding a diamond band to wear with my 3 stone ring and can’t decide which I like better. I’ve posted both options. Let me know your thoughts. TY in advance.

In my dream world such a ring would have the diamonds end the same place the three stones do. Which would be in between those two spans lol.

Otherwise I’m not sure one is better than the other. I’d like a 7 stone with the larger diamonds all else equal.
