5.38 CT’s HPTP- is this okay to buy

I had tried to buy 5+CT’s before, unfortunately it didn’t turn out well because I need to travel out of the country at that time so decided to return the diamond without putting my thoughts.
Now everything settles down and I still want the diamond size 11mm++ and I found this one, could you share the thought if this good to buy? Thank you so much for the help

@DejaWiz and all PS, I got the ring and I love it, however I would like to maximize the value of the money I spent, curious to know what If CVD , better color and bigger diamond and here that I found ,Please advise if these two diamond are worth to try, if not I will keep the 5.38 cts that I already got.
