You will note that the miner thought they got 2/3rds of the sell price for the polished of the 603 ct stone they found.

Then read here https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/graff-lesotho-promise-necklace-a-tidy-profit.92194/page-2 and we see the retailer wants 4 times the cost of the rough.

and we see the miner wants all the action. It will be interesting to see if they cut and polish it in Dubai?
