3mm wide eternity band pictures

Hello everyone,

I have a thread currently about my new engagement ring I had made. This thread…. I was hoping to see some pictures of (approx), 3 mm wide, 2 ct, full or half eternity band, as I am currently having a full eternity band made to go with my ring.

I have a size 7.25 finger. I attached some pictures of the ring I will wear it with.

If anyone has something similar to a 3mm shared prong eternity band, I would love to see pictures while I wait for my ring to get here.

This is my Tiffany eternity channel set wedding band. It is 3 mm wide. I tried to find a good picture that gives you some idea of the width. The engagement ring has a 2.53 center stone and has a small donut that separates the two rings a tiny bit. Hope this helps!

I saw your ring in the other thread. Your band will be taller than this one but I think it will look very nice with the width of the shank of your engagement ring! We will be waiting for pics!

Here you go. This diamond band is 3 mm. It’s actually on its way to David Klass to be broken up and provide stones for a surromd for a light yellow OMC…it’s an organ donor!

Here is the band I’m having made. It is 3mm wide x 2.5 mm thick.

In the pictures you posted, the ring is much thicker than it is wide. Perhaps that’s because it’s made with smaller diamonds than yours will have.

Oh, those pictures are just for reference on the “style” of band I want. I gave those pictures to my jeweler so he would know what type of eternity band to make. But it will be 3mm stones used and I told him I wanted it to be 3mm wide x 2.5mm thick.

Just wondering……do you size up in full eternity bands because they can’t be sized or do they tend to be snugger on the finger? I haven’t had a full eternity band, only half eternity. Thanks

Always go up a bit on an full eternity since they can’t be easily sized. You’ve got to have some wiggle room for swollen hands, a knuckle that gets larger over time, or weight gain.

If you lose weight and it’s too big, a jeweler can add sizing beads easily and remove just as easily. I did this about 6 years ago with this ring. But you can’t easily size up.

My knuckles are getting bigger as I age and I can’t size this up without a lot of work. That’s why it’s being pulled apart for a new ring.

That’s gorgeous!! Your look will be very similar to how my rings will look. Just a wider band on my engagement ring.

Do you happen to know the size of the stones in your eternity band? Mine will be .10 pointers per stone for a total of 2.2ct and 3mm wide.

Actually, I wonder if I will be ok with the size of both rings being 7.25. I wear a size 7 but went up a little bit with both rings.

I am sorry to also threadjack but I am doing something really similar and definitely want to see how yours turns out. How big are your melee stones? I am reusing melee and my cad looks similar; wrote a previous thread and there is worry the stones are too big but I am going with it because I do like the cad. Here is my cad:

My melee stones are 3mm and the center OMC is 6.9 by 6.5mm.

The yellow gold bezel was made by Alex Parks, who I bought the stone from. The sapphire one is an original miligrain art deco piece, so no idea where it was made.
