Slightly impractical as a piece of jewellery, but I assume for that price the forklift truck is included?

BTW - the nicest looking emerald cluster I have ever seen is at the Amsterdam-Sauer "museum" in Rio. Much smaller than this one, but lovely gemmy bluish-green crystals, all terminated. Weight about 15 kg (33 lbs) if I recall correctly.

NOW THAT''S and emerald!!!

Whoa.

I thought it was one giant emerald but I see that there''s several nodules in that clump. Or are my eyes decieving me?

I am wondering the same as Chrono- is there a better photo somewhere? I don''t think this rock is very practical though

Not sure, my baby bro sent me a text this AM telling me about it. I got the picture off Yahoo. Just one piece... That''s all I need... Just one of those crystals! I''d make a ring lol!

Me too. I''m not greedy; I don''t need the whole thing, just one clean crystal for faceting.
