3 stone ring my partner picked up for me.

My partner knows, if he sees anything shiney / sparkly then he gets it for me lol. He got me this lovely ring in a charity shop. It's a uk size S, quite a big ring. Its 9k gold and in perfume its white sapphire or even CZ.
Can anyone help me with the hallmarks please?
