3 Possible Radiants. Which do you prefer and why? Thanks for any commentary.

I would agree, based on these. Any chance of an ASET?

I''ll have that taken care of in my 30 day window where I''ll order an appraisal. I''ll use an appraiser that can run the ASET for me. I pulled the trigger on #2 this afternoon:)

I reviewed the current wholesale list available to the online big boys and called as many as I could in for review, this one kept coming up the winner.

Thanks to all who offered input.

What is the cut info, prices, etc on these stones? I like the image of number 2 and it shows a nice symmetrical pattern relative to the other stones. It''s a little hard to compare across ideal scopes though because it looks like they were each taken under different lighting conditions or equipment.

Bravo

2 is very nice, good choice.
My pick would have been 2 or 3 either one would have been fine all else being equal.

Agree. That''s why I asked for an ASET. I actually meant on all of them, but it probably sounded like I meant on the second one.

The 2nd, which I have coming in the mail.
1.55ct, F, VS-1, 68.2D, 62.1T, Exc, Exc, None, 1.03 Ratio, Crown 17.2, Girdle 2.3, Pavil D 48.7, Pavil A 34.1 - $12K (Class 2B Stone on AGA I think??)

The 1st, as follows
1.51ct, E, VS-2, 69D, 66.8T, Exc, VG, None, 1.0 Ratio, Crown 14.3, Girdle 3.1, Pavil D 51.5, Pavil A 36.3 - $11.8K

The 3rd, as follows
1.54, F, VS-2, 68.4D, 68.1T, Exc, Exc, None, 1.01 Ratio, Crown 11.6, Girdle 3.4, Pavil D 53.4, Pavil A 38.5 - $11.5K

FWIW, I opened all 3 in Elements and played with the contrast/bright levels and got all 3 at the same color pink the best I could to see how they compared with the same pink level. The 2nd still looked the best there. I'll put up ASET when I get the appraisal on #2.

That is way out on the AGA chart, for those that use their chart. Help a novice understand what you give up if you gain sparkly on a high crown, are you losing something out the other side? Per the AGA, thats a low Class 3 level for crown height. Or is a high crown a personal preference you''ve gained over time?

Thanks:)

on most fancies because they don''t have the light return of a RB a high crown is an advantage too increase fire.
radiants aren''t a cut I care much about so the exact effects I wont comment on but there is some trade off white light vs fire.
Asschers and EC are down right boring with shallow crowns.
Princess cuts can go either way but I dont care about them either.
