Thanks so much!!!!!

Hi! Welcome to PS. Do you have any pictures of the three stones? Based on the stats that you posted without seeing pictures I''d say no to all of them. 1 and 3 have large tables and the second is a little deap for my liking. Ultimatley its hard to tell without the photos. Hopefully some people will give you some more feedback.

ditto...you can do much better

It looks like your budget at most is $5000? I agree with the previous posters that for $5000, you can get a better stone than the three you picked.

Emeralds are tricky to shop for. It may take awhile to find the perfect stone; don''t get discouraged!

Thanks so much!!! I only have a pic for the third one which I attached to this post. I am looking on ERD right now & have found some more. I''ll be posting be specs here in a few.

Yes my budget is under $5000. I am attempting to go a little low on color bc I have yellow undertones in my skin & diamonds tend to appear whiter on me than they would on most people. Thanks so much for all the advice & encouragement. Here''s try number 2!

i like #5--would like the crown height and pix but it looks like a good combination of all factors thus far

Ryans, it''s hard to tell completely from those pictures but they don''t look promising. I''d pass.

It''s very important to get at least crown height for ECs. You want something well over 10%; over 12% would be nice. We can''t tell by table and depth alone, especially for ECs, and you definitely want pictures. #5 looks to be the best of the bunch from just those numbers alone, but some of the others might end up being nicer if we had more data.

Also, are you okay with the warmer colors?

Basic EC parameters;

depth 70% or below
table 65% or less
crown height 10% and above

The rest is images so it is crucial to have clear detailed photos of each EC plus anASET image if possible.

Thanks so much for all the responses. The last 6 EC''s came from ERD and that was all the information they had on the site. Do I just email them & see if they have the crown information, an ASET and pictures?

Yes you can request that info.
