3 emerald cuts WITH PICTURES, any opinions? 48h to decide!

Hi guys, would love some feedback on the following emerald cuts that I've narrowed down. I was able to get photos of all, but only one of them I was able to get official spec photos. Any opinions? I think the 3rd with the spec shots really looks great personally, and I think I might be leaning towards that. Lets start it off. FYI, I need to make a decision in 48 hours, so quick feedback needed!

I am not an expert, but I think that the WF stone looks nice. I'm not crazy about the l/w ratio of the first stone either, so of the three the third has my vote.

No.3 bigger than no.2 and nice shape. No 2 is O.K as well. Don't like No.1 at all long and skinny doesn't work as well visually.

Not real well versed in emeralds so I have to use my eyes on these. From the pictures - and they could be prejudicial in that they aren't all taken in the same focus or lighting - I'd definitely choose the WF stone. In an emerald, I'd rather have the higher color too.

#3 looks very nice.It has the best length to width ratio to my eyes. I don't care for #1. #2 is okay but you are paying extra for IF clarity. The F VS1 of #3 is a very good combination. ASET looks good too, nice bright center. Only concern would be the darkish band near the center. I hope Chrono, KarlK or Julie comments for you.

I agree with woofmama about the dark band. I initially thought that it was possible that it would light up when the stone is rolled slightly but when I went back and looked at WF's magnified images with it's different angles, they appear to be staying dark. I would ask WF to assess it to see if it does light up or if it stays dark. I hope one of the above mentioned people chime in too.

You could ask them or see it in person, the dark band will probably appear as a darker or less well lit area in the diamond. No. 2 may well have a better ASET and has less dark areas but is not as nice a shape so it depends if you can live with a possible duller area in diamond no.3 or not. It might be worth getting more pics of no.2.

One is out, not just because of the shape but I think the very centre might be leaky. 2 has potential but there is only one picture to go by. 3 has a lovely outline, good colour and clarity combo, and you are assured of its performance. Yes, there is a small area of obstruction, but it is fairly small.

Thanks for all input everyone! I'm strongly leaning towards the 3rd, which is where my instinct is at this point anyway. I appreciate all the comments, and I read each one and took into consideration your thoughts. Very helpful! About the small darker area, I'm not so sure that is such a detriment, as it adds another dimension to the diamond in my eyes. This isn't a brilliant cut anyway, and I think that thin dark area adds a very interesting layer and gives the cut a somewhat mysterious and beautiful quality.
