Tough call...(I love your set by the way!) My first instinct would be for you to get the 3mm, bc it would coordinate well with the width of your current 2 rings. Since your ering is knife edge, however, does it appear to be thinner than it actually is? In that case, you may want to go with the 2 mm. This may be a situation where you really need to try them on. Is that possible?
Hi eyue tks! It does not sit flush there is a tiny gap if you see it real closeDate: 1/19/2010 8:55:27 PM

Hey chictomato! I was looking up old posts of your halo (which is beautiful btw). The side profile looked as if it has a wide gallery. How do you get your platinum band to sit flush? Is it notched? I also have a halo with a wide gallery, and no band sits flush. Please show a pic of the side profile! Thx!

I think they both have their pros! If you do the channel set, you could also wear it next to your ering if you ever wanted to go without the plain band, but you probably wouldn''t be able to wear the prong set directly next to your ering. The prong set wi11 increase the diamond-to-metal ratio (as less metal shows on the setting), but the channel set might add the look of a little more metal (not necessarily a bad thing, just personal preference). In my avatar pic, the top band is a 3mm channel set, and the bottom band is a 2mm prong set. It may help you decide if you can determine whether you like the ''top half'' or the ''bottom half'' of my set better, if that makes sense?I think you can''t go wrong either way. I can''t wait to see the finished product!
