2nd opinion on this GIA stone

So the thing that jumps out at me is the Cut grade of Good. Probably because the table is bigger than what is typically desired. GIA has 2 higher cut grades of Excellent and Very Good. What you should try to do is to compare that diamond with diamonds of Excellent and Very Good cuts in lots of different lighting environments (particularly soft dim lighting) to see if it makes any difference to you.

The other thing is the SI2 clarity. You should try to pick out the inclusions with your eyes (again in soft diffused lighting) and see if the diamond's inclusions are acceptable to you.

Check the vendor's exchange policies and make sure you have enough time to inspect the diamond at home or have an appraiser check it out for you and return it for your money back if it doesn't work out.

Yikes
