Hello everyone,

I've been lurking intently (or obsessively, according to my husband) for the last few months. It has been soooo much fun seeing that I'm not the only one who is completely and utterly crazy about all things related to diamonds. In fact, I feel that I have this forum to thank for my up-grade, by showing my husband this site, he finally came to recognise that DSS is a very real and serious affliction

My new stone is 2.02 ct RB GIA ex, ex, ex I SI2 (eye clean). My finger size is 4.25. The stone was mined and set in South Africa, which is special to us, as that is where we were both born. The setting has two little 1 point pink diamonds hidden in it.

I just love my new set, but I do feel that I 'need' the IDJ baguette and round band, ala Kate Beckinsale to really finish it off...
