210 karat gold necklaces with heart pendant and diamond cluster in the center.

I just came across two necklaces that has been in my family forever. They are both heart necklaces with a cluster of diamonds in the center on chains. they are identical other than one is smaller than the other. I would like to find out if they are worth anything. Is there anyone here that can help me?
