I love it too. Blue Nile wasn''t joking when they said it was a "VERY-GOOD" cut.

Now I have a question. Does Blue Nile offer some sort of insurance policy?

Another side item: I took it to an independent appraiser listed from Price Scope, and I was VERY DISSAPOINTED at her performance. Has anyone had this happen to them?

We took my BN ring to Martin Fuller in Tyson''s Corner Va and couldn''t have been happier. He spent a significant amount of time with us and gave us a detailed report. He also cleaned DH''s watch which was very nice of him!

We put my rings on our homeowerns policy. However I did notice on BN''s site that they recommend Chubb insurance: http://www.bluenile.com/services_channel.asp?track=59

Hey guys, sorry for NOT posting (i''ve been very busy at work), but I got the ring, I got it independently appraised, AND I gave it to her already.


She LOVES IT!!

and THAT is the most important thing!!! I love following the process from thinking to presenting...

It looks pretty spec-freaking-tacular to me!

Now, put it on the toilet tank top and take a pic of its radiant beams.
