2-3.5ct Tiffany style solitaire owners: how do you like your stone set?

Did you choose to set it low, medium or high? This is Tiffany's classic setting. Gorgeous but do you think it would be a tad high for a larger stone? Please show me your profiles! If you could do it over again, would you keep the same height?
