Hi all, before proposing to my now fiancé
, I lurked around the pricescope forums, checking out people''s rings and where they bought them from. I figured that after I bought mine and proposed, that I should register on the forums and in the least, show the ring that I ended up proposing with.
I had inherited a loose diamond (1 ct, round brilliant, G-color, VVS2) from my late grandfather (yes I realize that I''m a lucky guy in more than one way), so my task was really to find a setting that she would like. I, of course, searched extensively online, checking out Pearlman''s and other sites recommended on the forum. But in the end, since I was still in Philadelphia at the time, I ended up just hopping from store to store on Jeweler''s row and finding the setting that really *clicked* at Harzin''s Jewelers.
It''s a more vintage style ring with 0.45ct of diamond on the band itself. Without further ado, here are a few photos:
