18K WG Tiffany Metro...will it eat at my plat e-ring?

The Metro is low and doesn't come close to the prongs on my e-ring, but I'm still worried that it might eat at the shank of my plat e-ring. I don't feel that the Metro has too much metal and the diamonds in it are so low that I definitely feel like it's not an issue but would rather be sure.

So if any of you guys have this setup or something similar, please let me know how your set has held up. any others that might shed some light on this, your opinions are welcome!

Platinum will wear away other rings. But is easier to bend (in the case of most alloys).

Lower Karat golds wear away higher K golds.
White golds, especially when alloyed with palladium, will wear away yellow golds.

Never ever wear silver with gold.
