It isn’t uncommon that a Company might change its policies over time, by the time a few years has passed some Companies have changed owners or are even ceased trading.
The Nexus Diamond Alternative is a type of CZ and all of the stones in the settings from this line are Nexus CZ stones.
So the trade up policy only applies to the “main” Nexus CZ purchased, not the rest of the stones in the setting?
They offer you $850 for the Nexus CZ but the settings (wedding ring too?) you can’t trade back?
So can have a “main” lab diamond from a trade up put into the original Nexus setting but all the other stones remain as Nexus CZ which isn’t what you want.
many vendors offer a trade up policy but it is invariably only for the main diamond, not the setting as well.
looking at Nexus diamond settings, they are very overpriced for only having CZ in them and not diamonds so I can understand why you are so upset that the setting isn’t also included in the trade policy.
