10k Gold Freemason Blood Stone Ring

I recently came into possession of this ring through inheriting from my Great Grandmother. I was wondering if anybody knew anything else about this ring other than what I have in the title. Anything is greatly appreciated. I apologize in advance for the quality of the photos.

Does anybody know where I may be able to go to find information on it?

I've even went as far as emailing the Masonic Lodge and asking them about it a few days ago with no reply.

The crest of symbols in the middle has a hand engraved set square and compass motif with the G for God and Geometry. Some are as true old antiques but I've also found some that can be made to order today. I hope someone here will be able to tell you more about the ring:
