Went to look at ering settings snd diamond shapes last week with FF. I''ve never done that before and it was exciting for both of us. I asked the jeweler if we could please look at an asscher cut. I had never seen one "in person".
The jeweler helping us indicated that he wasn''t sure they still ad any asscher''s as they weren''t selling at his store and were being sold to another jeweler but he said he would check.
When he returned from the vault, he told us that indeed the asscher''s they had in stock had been sold.
EXCEPT....
A TEN CARAT ASSCHER! He then unwrapped the most beautiful, HUGE, asscher diamond!
It was simply amazing! And gigantic on my hand... WHOA!
I told my FF... that''s like the one in "Inside Man". He nodded and smiled. He really liked it too but at 239,000 it was a "bit" out of our budget.
