Hi, all
I want to get a pair of diamond stud. With my budget i could get either K color idea cut 1.8ctw or J color idea cut 1.7ctw round briiliant
diamond stud. Should i sacrifice color for size?

is there a real difference between 1.8 ctw vs 1.7 ctw on ears?

I like the look of J color but never seen a k color in person. Not sure should i risk in K color for size?

I would really appreciate your input! Thanks!

candyww - not to cast aspersions on anyone, particularly someone I don't know at all, but -

please note that listeay is a fairly new poster here, and if you purchase from him or her directly you'll be doing so without any of the protections that ebay or a consignment service would offer, and without knowing anything about their reputation as you might if you buy from someone who is a PS "regular."

listeay - I realize you probably did so unwittingly, but you've violated a couple of PS policies with your post. You might want to head over to the "preloved PS jewels" forum (part of the "Pricescope cafe forum) to read about PS's policies regarding offering items for sale.

I would go with the higher color for the small size difference.

I wouldn't go below J color on any piece of fine jewelry, and I prefer I color and up. So J would be the limit for my recommendation to you.
