1.70 carat princess cut diamond

Hi there, I''m new. I''m looking to buy a 1.70 princess cut, H-I color, SI1-SI2 diamond. Do any of you know if this is feasible for under 7k and where I can go in the bay area? I can go down to a J but that''s the lowest I''d go, at least for now.
