A couple more pics with my latest addition- vintage French cut band 1.25 cttw G-H color diamonds from Single Stone. I thought the color difference between diamonds and metals would bother me but I am smitten with this combination!

I am in absolutely no place to judge creepiness- I was a lurker for years before joining, and my tendency is to still lurk on the boards, which I think is far creepier than posting often! Your prongs were my inspiration prongs for a rg ring I'm having made for my AVC...albeit with a pave shank.
I'm wondering what type of spacer you are using?
I have a plat. eternity band that my spouse would probably love for me to keep wearing with my new ring, but I wasn't sure I could pull it off....your combo has inspired me once again.

While the diamonds are channel set and therefore not a concern, I worried that the platinum of the band would eat into the rose gold prongs which are pretty thin. This gives just enough space between the two rings so that the prongs don't touch the metal of the band.

Your ring sounds beautiful, I can't wait to see it!

Oh my gosh it is so perfect!! Can I ask if the rose gold is 14k or 18k? I'm always trying to be able to predict based on the slight color difference, and whatever yours is, I love it.

This is very timely for me, as I'm meeting with Adam this week, and my plan is to have one of his stones set in rose gold as well. Now I have a great inspiration pic to take with me!
